How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time is 17:00 Amsterdam time (GMT+1) — orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to all our supported destinations.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Netherlands: 3 – 7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 – 10 business days
- United States: 7 – 14 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, or weather-related incidents. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx depending on your location and order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow the status of your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start the process, contact our customer service at support@ambire.shop with your order number.
What condition must items be in for a return?
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being rejected.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs duties, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item). In that case, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will process the inspection and issue your refund within 7 business days. After processing, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@ambire.shop within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which ensures that your credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. We do not store your credit card details.
Can my order be cancelled?
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion. If a change or cancellation is made, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Ambire.shop is an online-only store. Our registered address (Lijnbaansgracht 291, 1017 SC Amsterdam, Netherlands) is available only for administrative correspondence and product returns.
